I already joined EarnFunVIP. Why am I setting another password?
EarnFunVIP and each merchant website have separate accounts. Complete the member setup for each store that prompts you, and save its login details. Return to the merchant-account step if you need the route.
Copy Link asks me to visit the store. What do I do?
Choose Visit Store and complete that merchant’s account setup. Then return to Products, select the same merchant, and copy the product link. If the prompt remains after setup, contact your account manager with the merchant name and a screenshot of the message.
Do I need several merchants or a collection to start?
No. One relevant merchant and a single product link make a complete first launch. A collection is useful when several products belong in the same recommendation. Add merchants and collections when they serve a clear audience need.
I saved a collection. Where is its share link?
Open Distribution Center → Collection Pages, find the collection, and choose Copy Link beside its name. If it is missing, check that you completed Save Collection in Products and that you are signed in to the correct EarnFunVIP account.
I shared a link, but there are no orders yet.
First open the link from the place you shared it and check the destination. Then review the store and status filters in Distribution Orders. Sharing, views, and clicks do not guarantee an eligible order. If you expected a specific order, ask your account manager to help investigate it.
I see commission in an order. Can I withdraw it now?
Check the relevant merchant’s Wallet for the amount currently available to withdraw and its current requirements. An order summary alone does not confirm withdrawable funds. Contact your account manager if the status or balance is unclear.
The screen looks different from this guide.
Follow the matching labels, such as Merchants, Products, Collection Pages, Affiliate Orders, and Wallet. Merchant sites can differ. If the next step is unclear, use the community entry on EarnFunVIP or contact your account manager with the merchant name, page, and a screenshot with private details hidden.
